Excellent service, diagnostics, communication and efficiency with repairs. I brought a car in with an issue that had stumped the OEM dealership. They found it and repaired it. I had asked for several other services which they recommended deferring due to lack of need for the at the time and mileage of the car. They are honest and have integrity. I was impressed that they only recommended what was needed to repair the car. I appreciated it and the experience.

Very honest shop. Fair prices, and they did a free vehicle inspection and sent me pictures and descriptions of what needs to be replaced. Zach is always very helpful.

I traveled down to Rochester with my husbands pick up truck recently to stay a couple weeks to pet sit for our daughter and her husband who were going on vacation I discovered shortly before arriving that something was not right with the truck. Our daughter recommended having Joes Auto check things out. Turned out we actually needed a new engine! Tim and Zach were extremely professional and helpful in explaining the details to us. The timeline and cost for this was thoroughly relayed and reasonable . They also checked everything else out and the cost was less than what we anticipated. We were more than pleased with our truck service experience at Joes Auto and highly recommend them when you need it.
