Professional, fast, courteous! I was convinced I needed a new tire installation, but was pleasantly surprised to find out I only needed a replacement stem! Turn around time was pretty quick and they did a wonderful job. I’m glad I went to Joe’s. I’m from out of town and live in Chicago, but if you find yourself in Rochester with some auto-repair issues, bring your vehicle to Joe’s.

Great service! We needed to buy winter tires and have them installed. When I called to make an appointment, Kelly walked me through to figure out the right tires for our car and make sure they were in stock. I told her on the phone I would be waiting for the car in the shop, and she said it should take about 2 hours. The day of our appointment, they had a number of other customers but were done with our car in about 90 minutes. They nicely bagged and loaded our other tires into the car, and we’re very happy with our new tires and our experience at Joes’s.

I went to Joe's Tire and Auto for assistance about my two front tire replacement and what kind of tires my car needed. Despite having a very limited inventory of tires to choose from, one of the employees went out in the 40 mph winds and cold to measure how much tread was left on the front tires. He was very frank with me about the issue and the time I had left before driving in risky situations.
