I always have a positive experience with Joe's. I've been a customer for the years. They are thoughtful about prioritizing the work to be done and the expense. I have never had an issue in getting work completed on good time, or needing to return. The staff is knowledgeable and straightforward. I always refer friends to this shop.

Tires were fine. The fact that it took 3 hours to replace 4 tires is what bothered me. What do you do in this part of town for 3 hours? I guess I could have probably changed my own tires in the parking lot. I didn't have time wait around for the extra 20-30 minutes for the allignment machine to be available.

We are sorry your new tires took so long. As a general rule it takes about 90-120 minutes to do tires but if we serviced your car lately it may have taken longer due to winter conditions in Minnesota. Early winter snow has driven the demand for tires and this has slowed the process. Thank you for your patience and if you want to call us with your name we will further look into this.

I had my car fixed at a local dealership. They broke off a piece of my handle and glued it together. Safe to say it broke again and the handle dislodged. Went to Joes in a tizzy they fixed it right away and it was very affordable. Highly recommend
