My experience with Joe’s was flawless.

Great deal for tire repair, great service, and very fast.

I had an oil change done, and when I got my car back the tires were low, and that didn't appear anywhere in my service report. Despite my initial disappointment, Stefan called and apologized for the mechanic's oversight. He assured me the oversight was addressed with the mechanic directly, and my experience was not representative of their typical service. He offered a credit to be used for a future service, which I appreciated. I am happy with the follow-up customer service, and will give them another try in the future.

Joe's was thorough and timely with their service. The staff is polite and professional. I also appreciated the shuttle service while my vehicle was in the shop.

I just want to thank you for the great service. Kelly is such an asset - I’ve actually had my work and personal vehicles serviced with her back to when she started in la Crescent long ago, then worked with her at the Ford dealership, and then she insisted I follow her to Joe’s because of the quality of work. I needed tires badly, and she was very knowledgeable about fitting my vehicle correctly for my needs. I will be back to address a few concerns she pointed out at my last visit! Trust is everything and she does a great job in helping me to prioritize without pushing.
