This is by far the only place I will bring my vehicle. Matt and Kelly treat me with the upmost respect and the best customer service. They do not treat me like a "girl" like other shops do. I would highly recommend everyone to come here.

Front desk associate became increasingly rude to me throughout my visit when I did not want to immediately spend over $1000 to fix a reported leak in my air conditioner. My standard oil change took over 75 minutes to complete. The front desk associate had me pay 15 minutes before my service was complete, and then asked me to wait outside in the heat while my car was finished. I'm very pregnant and had to return back inside due to the excessive heat. No apology about the wait was ever issued and instead I received snarky replies. I will not be back and will make sure my friends and family know about my experience there.

Kelly and Matt were excellent with customer service and complete explanations with attention to detail. I so appreciated knowing my car was getting the care & attention it needed. Tho I was in for an oil change, the quality of the entire check was awesome and gave me peace of mind for my road trip the following week.

Had to drive home an hour after visiting my daughter and a signal went off telling me my tires were not good. The nearest place was Joe’s so I pulled in and was treated great! Checked all my tires and made sure they had the right amt of air and sent me on my way. I was so impressed with the service and kind words. Thanks!
