I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Matt and Jayson are honest, trustworthy, helpful, and fair when it comes to servicing my vehicle. I never feel pressure, never any upselling, or any bait and switch. They run their business very well and I feel comfortable every time I have an issue or question to contact them. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to maintain their vehicle. There's a reason they have such great reviews!

No complaints, were timely, seemed to be honest about things that were critical to get repaired and what was not. Did everything I asked and some on top for free all at a reasonable cost.

Since moving to Rochester I have made the decision to take my vehicles to Joe's. Their honesty in telling you what needs to be done and what can wait is much appreciated. I had a truck and car and decided to sell the truck. Matt printed out a sheet that showed the repairs and maintenance that had been completed over the years. The place I took the truck for a cash buy out was impressed with that and I think it helped me get a better offer.

Have been here a few times lately, and am pretty satisfied. I will be returning for future work. Relatively close with their estimates. Staff has worked with me to schedule some repairs based on urgency and my budget. Also sent a nice email with list of issues/potential issues in order of severity and all with pictures to back them up. I will update this review if my experience changes.

Great place to take your vehicle for regular maintenance, diagnostics, or major repairs. While they may not be the cheapest option in town, you really get what you pay for: quality work, excellent customer service, honesty, and advisors that take the time to explain everything in a language you can understand. Matt and Jayson make recommendations on what’s crucial and what can wait for a little while. I love the state of the art inspection and report they give to their customers via text or email. I’ve been trusting them with my vehicles for over 10 years highly recommend Joe’s Auto to anybody!
