Have been here a few times lately, and am pretty satisfied. I will be returning for future work. Relatively close with their estimates. Staff has worked with me to schedule some repairs based on urgency and my budget. Also sent a nice email with list of issues/potential issues in order of severity and all with pictures to back them up. I will update this review if my experience changes.

Great place to take your vehicle for regular maintenance, diagnostics, or major repairs. While they may not be the cheapest option in town, you really get what you pay for: quality work, excellent customer service, honesty, and advisors that take the time to explain everything in a language you can understand. Matt and Jayson make recommendations on what’s crucial and what can wait for a little while. I love the state of the art inspection and report they give to their customers via text or email. I’ve been trusting them with my vehicles for over 10 years highly recommend Joe’s Auto to anybody!

I wanted to make sure i didn't damage my car after plowing through a snowbank. After checking EVERYTHING, they didn't charge me b/c they couldn't find anything wrong. They also automatically texted me a link with a rundown of all the diagnostics they did. Would recommend and will be returning.

It’s so easy getting my trucks serviced every time and once greeted by the most hospitalable service advisor ever every time, I receive excellent thorough reports with a prompt follow up call from a knowledgeable Ford-certified advisor who helps me break down my repairs in a way that fits my budget. She asks questions to understand how my trucks are used to make sure my down-time is minimized when my trucks are in the shop and has even lent me her personal vehicle in a pinch. Thanks so much, Kelly, for looking out for me as a business partner!
