I went here today as I had a low pressure tire light come on and then another message out my AC turned off due to high engine heat. I stopped in as I was from out of town and didn't want to risk driving an hour home and not knowing what was going on. They got me in right away to check out the issues and at no charge! I appreciate customer service like this and if I were from town I would go here again! Thanks again for the great service!

Kelly is always so helpful! I get updates throughout the day regarding the status of my vehicle and if they find anything that may need repair or should be watched I'm notified of that as well. I couldn't be happier with the service!

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. We haven't gone to anyone else since the first time going here, and never will. They have always put our needs and schedule first and they're always looking to help YOU rather than helping the company. We have 2 young children and I work on the road during the week so wife is left with the responsibilities.... Joes picked up and dropped off our car at our home so she never had to leave. They continually impress us and we will continue to take our vehicles there because of it. Hands down, THE BEST in Winona!

Joe's Auto and Tire recently did a lot of overdue maintenance plus new tires on for our new to us older F150. Excellent communication with Stefan at the counter who explained all that was recommended to do on the truck. Got some advice too from the mechanic Blaine who worked on the truck which we really appreciated. Really liked the clear printout evaluation that said clearly what was ok, what needed attention, and what needed immediate attention. All gone over in detail. No pressure tactics. Prices fair, much better than the Ford dealership. Have a shuttle to get you where you need to go and then for pickup if needed, thanks Charlie. Liked the email communication stating their core values and wanting to make sure we were satisfied. Both my husband and I were treated well. They work on most automobiles, so we will be bringing our Honda there for maintenance too. We have already recommended them to others. We are glad to have found them.
