I've had my vehicle in twice in the last two weeks to Joes and both times were without appointments. Despite that, Kyle was very pleasant to work with and my vehicle was serviced promptly both times. Just a few days after I got my vehicle back the part they installed went out (no fault of theirs, things happen) but when I called and explained the situation I was told to bring it in right away so it could be replaced. These guys stand behind the work they do.

Honest and straight forward. Know what you are asking and you will get real answers. They will sell but only on the manufacturer's recommendations.

I have been going to Joe's Auto & Tire for two years now for oil changes and general services. I am always pleasantly surprised by the customer service and helpfulness of the staff, especially Kyle, one of the managers at Joe's. I have met many friendly people in the Winona area, and this establishment never disappoints. I am thrilled with the services I have received at Joe's, which keeps me coming back. Staff completes my vehicle's workup in a timely manner. I highly recommend Joe's Auto & Tire to anyone who appreciates exceptional Auto services.

Great people, customer service, and experienced employees at Joe's. I was very skeptical of car shops, especially in small towns. However, Joe's Auto is a very trusting, quick, and in my experience an excellent contact for any car issues or needs. Special shout out to Kyle at this location. He is very professional and I am constantly surprised at how great his customer service skills are. Keep it up Joe's Auto & Tire!

Great work done without an appointment. The employees got us in and out quickly and with good quality work performed. They even brought some open recalls on our car to our attention which we were able to get addressed. Highly recommended for Tire and oil change work. I'll be going back.
