Your staff has been very helpful in solving problems as well as making recommendations for our vehicles. Jason has been very helpful for a couple minor problems and we appreciate his problem solving abilities. We do recommend you to others.

Matt got me in same day. Greatly appreciated. The diagnostic info was great and the explanations were great too. Also got a ride back to work while they worked on my vehicle. I'll definately be back to Joe's.

Car wouldn't start. Wasn't the battery. Had to replace starter, which required work to get to it with today's small engine compartments. Joe's kept costs reasonable, got car running great.

My new favorite place to get my Betsy up-serviced. That's a word right?? Up-Serviced? That looks better with capitol letters. They were super great working with my tight budget. Giving me the Have to Get Fixed list and the when you get a chance list. Thanks

When I had a front wheel bearing replaced, the ABS speed sensor broke (which apparently is common). There was an initial miscommunication but they promptly replaced it for free.

My experience with this shop was perfect. Kelly Utesch was the absolute best. Answered all my questions and had my car out in a timely fashion. Highly recommend for anyone to go there.

Joe's was fantastic today. A alignment turned into identification of another issue that would have struck soon. They addressed it same day and couldn't have been more professional. I am always working on some auto project. Joe's will be my go to when I need a more experienced professional in the Rochester area going forward. From tip to tail the experience is highly recommended.
