Joe's was able to get my car fixed and get me back on the road within 8 hours for a family function that I didn't want to miss! Service was excellent and everyone was so kind! I will definitely be returning!

Great service! Great people! Nice clean and well maintained shop and waiting room. I came in for tires and they did very complete vehicle inspection to look for other items that could and eventually should be done to keep my vehicle running good and safe. I was impressed with the thoughness of the inspection and the PDF document provided for future reference. Though there are extra maintenance items that I should address soon, they didn't pressure me to do them just then, which I found refreshing. They asked, I said no, and they said ok! I'm not removing a star, but they were on the expensive end all shops I called for the same work. I guess you get what you pay for, and paying 60 bucks more for a $900 set of tires seems like a good investment using a shop like Jes that you can trust!

Not only are they grew supporters of MISSISSIPPI THUNDER SPEEDWAY, but they're also EXCELLENT mechanics as well as darned nice people! Getting some wheel/tire work done for the BAILEY FAMILY MOTORSPORTS race trailer!

I came in to Joe's with a burnt out headlight and explained that I had a long drive in a couple days. Despite being very busy, they were able to make a special accommodation for me and got the headlight done before my trip and ensured that I was able to drive safely. I really appreciated all the effort!
