Great service! Great people! Nice clean and well maintained shop and waiting room. I came in for tires and they did very complete vehicle inspection to look for other items that could and eventually should be done to keep my vehicle running good and safe. I was impressed with the thoughness of the inspection and the PDF document provided for future reference. Though there are extra maintenance items that I should address soon, they didn't pressure me to do them just then, which I found refreshing. They asked, I said no, and they said ok! I'm not removing a star, but they were on the expensive end all shops I called for the same work. I guess you get what you pay for, and paying 60 bucks more for a $900 set of tires seems like a good investment using a shop like Jes that you can trust!

Outstanding service and competitive prices! I searched online and with competitors for the same tire Joe's was selling...and they were spot-on with everyone else. What really made me want to write this review is that I needed two new tires put on my rims as soon as possible, since I don't get into Winona often. The store manager did them himself in 15 minutes...no sitting behind a computer, no fear of getting dirty like the mechanics in the back, no lines of "Can you come back on Monday?" They went the extra mile to earn my business. I will be back...HIGHLY recommended.
