3 days for a brake caliper... was told parts are available daily. Brought my car in at 7:30am for the day. They called at 2pm and said it's to late to order parts and used the caliper I supplied even though was told you don't install C. Supplied parts. That didn't work and was left without a car over Easter weekend. Finally parts were ordered, and it solved the issue. Last time I was in I was returned my car in "limp" mode. Normal right. They cleared it and gave me no explanation why. (It as in for engine, trans gasket)The previous visit before, my check engine light turned back on 2 block from the shop. Returned and they pulled the engine cover off in front of me and the vac. Line that was replaced was siting on top my engine loose still. Enough is enough, taking personal car and business trucks else where. Sorry joe, reign in this location. Josh Seitz

I came to Joe's just over a year ago for the first time. My car, a 2004 Subaru boasting over 200,000 miles driven, died as soon as I took my foot off the gas. I was in town for an interview and didn't know anyone. I found the closest shop and crossed my fingers. When I called in the morning, they agreed to look at the car and I managed to get it over there and take a hotel shuttle to my interview. After the interview I walked in fearing the worst but they said the car had been running fine since I left and since they couldn't pinpoint a problem they hadn't done anything. It was perplexing but one of those things that happens with an old car. I asked how much for the time they spent and there was no charge. No charge! I was very grateful. Now that I live here full time, we've been to Joe's for 2 oil changes, new tires, a problem with a piston, and suspension work. They've always been efficient and right on with diagnostics and estimates, pleasant, considerate of our time, and kind to my boys. Couldn't ask for a better shop and while I can't say I'm grateful my lousy car quit on me last year, it definitely had a silver lining. I highly recommend Joe's.
