Had to take my Ford Edge in for what I thought would be a simple alignment. They did a full diagnostic test and I was faced with a lot more than I expected to get my vehicle safe for the roads. Kyle and was absolutely excellent to work with. I was sent a quote of the results complete with pictures of everything they were recommending that I repair. It was quite a shock to find out my repairs were going to be hundreds more than what I had planned for. Kyle was so very helpful and very patient with me while I called several times with questions on things. They even e fed up putting better tires on than what was expected. Highly recommend them for all of your needs!! I will be going back for sure. Thanks again!!!!

The staff at Joe's Auto and Tire is absolutely excellent. They are very people friendly and I enjoy walking in and being immediately recognized and greeted by name. To top it off, their service cannot be beat. They email you pictures of exactly what is wrong with your vehicle ensuring that what they say is a problem is actually a problem, unlike you might experience at other auto shops. I have gone to Joe's before and I will continue to go back.

I always receive such personalized service from Joe's Auto, and never feel like I'm being "hustled" for unnecessary service or parts. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

3 days for a brake caliper... was told parts are available daily. Brought my car in at 7:30am for the day. They called at 2pm and said it's to late to order parts and used the caliper I supplied even though was told you don't install C. Supplied parts. That didn't work and was left without a car over Easter weekend. Finally parts were ordered, and it solved the issue. Last time I was in I was returned my car in "limp" mode. Normal right. They cleared it and gave me no explanation why. (It as in for engine, trans gasket)The previous visit before, my check engine light turned back on 2 block from the shop. Returned and they pulled the engine cover off in front of me and the vac. Line that was replaced was siting on top my engine loose still. Enough is enough, taking personal car and business trucks else where. Sorry joe, reign in this location. Josh Seitz
