Joe's has been my go-to repair shop for a little over a year now...they are fantastic in every aspect and I refuse to take my car anywhere else, even after moving to Minneapolis. They have extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kyle is usually who you will be speaking to if you call or walk in, and he's a great guy who will lay everything out for you in detail and explain what your options are. Bri (I hope I'm spelling her name right) is also really friendly and down to earth, and makes for great conversation during the free shuttle ride to pick back up your vehicle after its repairs are done. Did I also mention they do free (and thorough) inspections? All problems found in your vehicle will be emailed to you in an easy to read form that arranges any problems based on how urgent they are...these people have saved my ass countless times, and somehow still put up with me when I oversleep, or change an appointment last minute.

Kyle saved the night! Needed to replace a couple of tires on my daughters car ... they were off the car already and he was kind enough to install new tires on the rims and get us on our way, even though it was pretty close to closing time!

Kyle and Brennan offer excellent service, the rates are reasonable, and every repair is explained in detail. You can trust them to treat you well and fairly.

They were able to fix something that the mechanics over at Walmart couldn't fix, and it wasn't as expensive as the dealerships around town! Great job with service and they not only told me how they fixed my problem, but they also showed me what they were doing to fix it. Very quick with it too!

Incredibly friendly, fast, and broke things down into terms I understood. Gave me a very fair price on a service that another shop said would cost much more. Very happy!
