Our daughter's 02 Century needed to have a look over prior to her driving back to Michigan for Winter break. Joe's was great!!! They checked the tires, fluid levels, brakes, etc... and gave the Buick a thumbs up....all for no charge. Plus they called me in Michigan with a report on the findings of their inspection. Thanks!!!!

My experience with Joe's Auto was very good. I had gotten my car towed to the Winona location the night before, and showed up this morning to get started. They said they had many people in front of me which was understandable. Long story short they got my car in and done in the same day! Very happy my car is fixed and working now.

Came in on New Year's Eve. They installed four new, quality tires the same day. Can't beat that!

Had a flat on my snowblower halfway through my driveway, stopped into Joe's and they fixed my tire on the spot even though the shop was full. They were fast, courteous and very friendly. I will definitely remember their customer service the next time my truck needs new rubber.

Needed to get my daughter a used tire in an emergency situation. Manager went out and dug through the used tire pile, had to dig through the stack of tires, then found one that would work. The tire was an off-size tire. Got my daughter's car back on the road that day. Thanks for the outstanding service!

Getting a flat tire was the last thing I needed to worry about in between my homework, clubs, and activities on campus. I brought my car to Joe's Auto and Tire and the friendly staff got my car taken care of that day! They offered me free shuttle rides back and forth from school promptly at my convenience. Everyone appeared to be very honest and knowledgeable about their work. I'd definitely recommend their services!

I needed a tire mounted on a rim as soon as possiable with a shredded tire on it and a guy did it within less than 5 mins! I was very impressed. Amazing service.

Really great experience! Kyle, the manager, was working with the majority of the customers and he is very friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable. I only came in for an oil change, but when you do so, they also check your car for any other problems. They then create a report that shows everything great, good, okay, and bad with your car. The things that could or need to be fixed are filed in order of importance, have individual estimates of the cost to fix, and include pictures showing why the fixing is recommended. Kyle also did explain each individual thing to me in person. When I was finished up, he gave me a hard copy of the report he made as well as sent a pdf to my email, in case I lost my hard copy. I will definitely be going back to Joe's for future car maintenance because they are one of the only places here in Winona that I trust.
