Absolute best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Staff was very knowledgeable, organized and most important, friendly! I went in for a diagnostic and they told me exactly what was in good, moderate and poor condition, they also printed me off a very helpful spreadsheet summarizing the diagnosis.

The customer service is amazing! I called for tires and I was in a time crunch, I needed tires put on that day. They had the exact tires I was looking for and were able to squeeze me in. I will be a repeat customer. Thanks to the staff for making my experience a good one.

Can't thank Joe's Auto and Tire enough for the help they gave me! I was visiting Winona for the weekend and my car decided to crap out as I got into town. They took me in, no appointment and a new customer. Ordered the part my car needed late Friday night and had it shipped to them the next morning. My car was in and out in less than 24 hours and I can't tell you enough how smooth of a transition and process they made it. The guys there were awesome and knew exactly what they were doing. Our daughter's 02 Century needed to have a look over prior to her driving back to Michigan for Winter break. Joe's was great!!! They checked the tires, fluid levels, brakes, etc... and gave the Buick a thumbs up....all for no charge. Plus they called me in Michigan with a report on the findings of their inspection. My experience with Joe's Auto was very good. I had gotten my car towed to the Winona location the night before, and showed up this morning to get started. They said they had many people in front of me which was understandable. Long story short they got my car in and done in the same day! Very happy my car is fixed and working now.
