They took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a winter tire and what tire would be best for my 24 Tundra. After explaining my options, they explained what I could expect out of that tire and all the costs, and benefits the new tires would enhance my winter driving. I would definitely recommend Joe’s Auto & Tire

Taking advantage of senior citizens. Horrible service. My father who is 66, brought his vehicle in, filled out the paperwork with what was wrong...any knowledgeable mechanic would have known NOT to drive the vehicle... The U joints needed to be replaced, which holds the driveshaft in place. This is why the vehicle was brought in. The mechanic drove the vehicle, which then the driveshaft fell out. My father saw his vehicle on the side of the road and went to this business asking what was going on. He was then told HE would need to pay for a new driveshaft and for the tow. My father refused to pay the tow and should not have paid for the replacement of the driveshaft. But he was charged in the end for the driveshaft and u joints. A very expensive bill, over $1000.00... Completelty disgusted with this place.
