Always great service at a fair price!

Decided to cut the cord with the dealership and their oil change "specials". After spending most of my life dealing hands on with the mechanic side of the automotive field in one way or another, ie; doing the work myself, I was tired of the screw ups and improper methods of doing a simple thing like a proper oil and filter change/tire rotation by some inexperienced person who just wanted to rush through it. Staff at Joes were thorough, informed, and knew what they were doing, and took the time to do it right. I've hung my wrenches up and will be going back to the guys I can trust with my vehicle. Bonus points for the neat, clean appearance of the business and the staff. Tim, Matt, and I forget the other fellers name, (sorry!) were pleasnt to work with. I have been bring my car to Joe's Auto & Tire for years. The staff are very friendly and personable, professional and knowledgeable about vehicle repair and vehicles in general. I have routine oil changes and all of my vehicles needed repairs done at Joe's. I am very confident in the work that is completed. Also, they are accommodating with scheduling appointments. . Car broke down on the way to work and luckily I was able to pull over right in front of Joe’s! They changed out my alternator and had my car ready the next day!! I will definitely be back as I was very satisfied.

I recently purchased a newer vehicle and had to replace the wheels. I made an appt at Joe's for early morning drop off and Stefan provided to me ride to and from work. They performed a courtesy inspection and found items that needed to be addressed and were extremely thorough and provided me a list along with photos of what they found. The staff at Joe's are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I definitely recommend and will be utilizing their services again!

After several recommendations from friends who are also customers, we called and brought in my car. It was correctly diagnosed, explained and extremely transparent with pictures and explanations of exactly what needed to be fixed and why it was important. They were very accommodating with my questions and explained, reexplained and completed all repairs in a timely manner.

We had an excellent experience at Joe's. He took care of our college student while we live out of state. Very up front and patient with her. Reasonable costs for repairs too!
