A year ago I had Joe’s replace my back brakes including new calipers, pads, and drums. 15 months later one of the calipers was leaking. Within one business day they scheduled me in and replaced both rear brake component sets; I was back on the road in about 4 hours. Excellent service!

Auto repair is almost never a painless experience, financial or otherwise. However, the concise, clear communication both from service tech to CSR and CSR to me helped greatly to ease that pain. Explaining clear options and observations to my understanding was excellent. These are people who genuinely want to help you, highly recommend, and I will be back (if needed!).
