We've used Joe's for years; they are honest, fair, and friendly.

I had rented a U-Haul in Winona and before I got out of town the side mirror fell off. They did not have someone on staff to fix it, so they sent me to Joe's. Short-staffed due to illness and without much advance notice, the manager came out and figured out how to get me on the road again. This literally saved my whole move. Even though he didn't there wasn't an obvious solution, he didn't stop until he found one. I don't live anywhere near Winona, but if I did Joe's would get my regular business.

My Toyota RAV4 wouldn’t start, so I called AAA for a jump. I was in a distant city from home, there to assist my brother who had just had surgery and was being discharged that same day. It was imperative that my car be reliably running. After AAA jumped the battery and got car running, they recommended I take it to Joe’s Auto Body to ensure the battery was Ok. I had no appointment, and Joe’s had a full slate of scheduled work, but they still fit me in and completed the necessary work (new battery) before lunch. Even gave me a ride back to the hospital so I could be there while they worked on it. I am very appreciative of the excellent service

Joe's was recommended to me by my small town mechanic for a service he did not provide. Joe's made it easy to schedule a timely appointment during my working hours and provided transportation to and from. I was very pleased to find them courteous and professional. They completed the maintenance in a very reasonable amount of time, and communicated with me throughout the appointment.

I've had my vehicle service twice now at Joe's Auto and Tire in Winona, MN and both times have been excellent experiences. Even though parts were hard to find for one repair and both times had set backs I was more than pleased with the results and was kept in the loop with the status of the repair. Every time I go inside to drop my vehicle off I'm met by either Ryan or one of the other employees at the shop who are more than willing to help me.
