Needed a new tire. No other auto shops in the area had my tire size and ordering would take a week+. These guys were able to order my tire and get it in the next day. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great place to get your car serviced.

My air conditioner stopped working at I stopped at Auto Zone to purchase some product that was suggested by a friend. The employee at Auto Zone was so amazing and he advised that I don’t purchase the product because my car is newer and instead he referred me to Joe’s auto. I stopped in and they weee very busy due to July 4th holiday weekend. I believe Tim was the service advisor working at the desk that day and I asked if there was a way to fit me in because I needed the A/C repaired for a long trip. Tim promised to follow up with a manager to find out if they can work out a plan to get my car in. I received a call back from Tim a few hours later confirming that they worked out a plan. That was outstanding customer service and it made me feel as a valued customer. Joe’s Auto & Tire will no be my go to mechanics and yes I would highly recommend them. Thank you Tim and the rest of the team members who were involved in the process of fixing my car. You all provided a 5⭐️ service level for sure!
