Excellent staff that take the time to listen. Excellent service that went above and beyond making sure that I was aware of every spec for the use of the tires I was purchasing. They took the time to research what I wanted and to save me every possible cent. That’s professional, quality, service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for personalized, quality auto care.

Joe's Auto is a great place to get your car serviced. The people are caring and keep you informed. I am so grateful for the extra look at the car to not only make it run well but looking out for our safety. Being relatively new to Rochester I asked neighbors if they knew of a GOOD auto repair and maintenance shop I might take my car to, one where they do "everything", one I could trust. To my surprise both mentioned the same place, Joe's. I called, they checked the car and asked if I'd be able to supply the maintenance history from where I'd previously taken the car. This combined with the car manufacturers recommendations and what the tech. at Joe's found have me today knowing my car better than at any time since it was new. The two fellows at the front desks are welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Absolutely no pressure, high or otherwise, only a clear, easy to understand explanations, with pic documentation, of what was needed very soon (I knew when I went in the battery needed to be replaced) and what should be monitored. It was necessary that the car remain at the shop overnight. The shuttle that got me home and back to the shop the following morning was spotless. The car sounds and drives better than it has in some time. I could not be more impressed with Joe's and am happy to have found them.

Wonderful experience. Had timing chain and turbo replaced. Was done quickly and works great. Price was very fair. Im so glad i found Joes auto to work on my VW . Every person that worked there was so nice😊💯✔️
