My daughter, a second year nursing student, need work on her older Jeep. Joe's promptly checking it out, gave us a comprehensive estimate and suggested repairs. They were listed by importance. We decided to fix the most urgent issue. The quoted me a price and that's exactly how much it was. They finished it when the promised they would. No surprises, no gimmicks just honesty and professionalism. Everyone I spoke with was clear, friendly and understanding of my daughter's situation. We will be recommending Joe's and will remain a faithful customer.
