Impressive service all around. All service needs have been explained with great detail. Prices are comparable to other places and even had them match quotes from another service center. Highly recommend this place out of all the other automotive care centers that I have gone to in Rochester over the past 10years.

In town for medical Appts @ Mayo n low tire sensor came on. The guys at Joe's were super friendly, helpful, and fit me right in! I'd definitely recommend this place! Every time we need services on our vehicles, we get top notch service & are usually able to get into one of the shops within a day or two! They're more than accommodating with our schedules. They take great care of our vehicles & are always going above & beyond! And of course, we get the best tire services in town :)!!! I wouldn't think twice about suggesting to people to come to any of Joe's locations in Rochester or Winona! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!

The guys at Joe's Auto & Tire are fantastic! I made an appointment this Saturday to get new tires and I couldn't have had a better experience. I walked in and was greeted immediately by Charlie and they got my car in and out in under an hour. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean, and they are honest about what your vehicle needs. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Always very accommodating. If a problem with the vehicle after an inspection describe the situation and whether it requires an immediate fix or put it on the 'watch' stage. Provide the cost up front and when it can be scheduled in for the fix. I like it that you can also speak with a mechanic which doesn't happen at some garages.
