Friendly and honest car repair. I have been going to Joe’s Auto for 2 years now and I really like them. They will be clear and upfront with me with the cost of any repairs. They also give you a detailed report sent to you from your visit with pictures and recommendations. They are not going to push you into anything or try to upsell anything to you. They have a convenient shuttle system so they will drop you off and pick you up if you leave your car with them for the day. I called a couple of days ago asking about tire prices and the employee gave me a very thorough explanation of options. Given than my tire size is somewhat rare, he said he would give me a call the next day to see if he could come up with any additional tire options for me. He followed up the next day, with lots of information, great detailed explanations and his honest recommendations (based on my budget).

Joe's Auto & Tire has always provided friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable service. They are accommodating and customer focused. Starting with the ride they provide me with to and from work, to keeping me informed of recommended work, and finally having my vehicle repairs done on time. Jayson and Matt do an exceptional job answering my questions about vehicle maintenance, so that I feel at ease about the work that is being done. Thanks again for the great service.
