I have a 2014 Chevy Cruz LTZ. I have been coming here for about 2 years now and Tim and the guys have been very helpful. Each time something is wrong Tim makes sure the work is done right. They care about the customer and making sure we are satisfied. They are very courteous and explain everything in my language so I can understand it. I won't take my car anywhere else. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a winter tire and what tire would be best for my 24 Tundra. After explaining my options, they explained what I could expect out of that tire and all the costs, and benefits the new tires would enhance my winter driving. The service at Joes was great. I went for an oil change and they asked me about the ticking sound my engine made. I was told from the Dodge Dealership 20,000 miles prior that there’s nothing wrong it just makes that sound. Tim at Joe’s explained that it may be the cam shafts which is pretty serious. He explained everything and how long the repair would take. I called a few days later and set up the appointment. Tim contacted my warranty company and everything was taken care of! He also got my radio that was delaminating and glitchy, replaced under warranty (again, the dealership told me it was not covered). Tim called almost daily to keep me posted on progress and what they were finding. I can’t say enough good things about the service and quality of employees that work at Joe’s! Thank you!!

First time going to Joe’s for some new tires and was referred by an old-coworker. I’m so glad I did - phenomenal experience from beginning to end. I originally wanted an alignment with the tires, but after checking turns out I didn’t need one. Instead of just charging me anyways, they took that off to save me some money. I got some additional work done on my transmission and I went back with a concern and they got me in right away and thankfully - turned out to be nothing! However, they were nothing but great from check-in, shuttles, inspections, pick-up, and after service concerns! Tim was great and knowledgeable and honest!
