Mr Anonymous, I am sorry you had a flat tire that needed to be replaced. We cannot always fix damaged and punctured tires but we will always show you the tire, the damage, and why it cannot be fixed. If we recommend additional services during your appointment we will again always offer you an opportunity to see whatever it is that we recommend and send digital inspections to you.
