I have recently moved to the area and needed a repair on my Acura's power steering line. I spoke with Matt over the phone to get a price and had a few questions on the repair. He was very helpful by explaining things to a person who doesn't know much about cars. After calling around to other shops I found they were not the cheapest shop in town, but the help over the phone is what won my business. They had my car back to me when promised and the service in person was just as good as over the phone! Joe's has certainly won my business and will be back in the future!!

I was blown away by the quality of service at Joe's. I got a coupon in mail, so I decided to check out this shop when my car is due for oil change. I had concerns with the uneven idling of my engine; Kelly was very professional and patient in hearing all my concerns, and documenting that for the mechanicians. The most amazing thing about this place is that they provide a _very_ detailed report in email, with actual photos of my car parts, brief paragraphs explaining their functions, and if they need immediate attention. This is the first time I've seen a report like this. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate that report, as I was able to make very informed decisions, even though I am not in the know-hows of cars.

I have taken my vehicles to Joe's Auto for years. They always get my vehicle fixed in a timely matter and for a reasonable price. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They even provide shuttle service to my work and pick me up when the vehicle is ready. My wife brings the vehicle in occasionally and always comments on how nice they are and how clean the shop is. Keep up the great work guys!
