In town for Mayo and bought four new tires from another place that didn't do alignment. Had really liked Joe's when shopping for tires cause the people were great so went back there for alignment. (Didn't have tires my husband insisted on). They discovered a wobbly ball joint that impeded the alignment from working and Matt took the time to show me on the computer photos of the problem. My husband called our trusted mechanic back home Who said he would charge exactly the same thing! I limped in with a screw in my tire, and found out all my tires were worse off than I thought. They had what I needed, and worked into their busy schedule. I appreciated this, and the great coffee they have in the waiting room.

The Joe's Auto & Tire Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They explained all of the issues with my car to me and ensured I was satisfied with the repairs. The complimentary drive to the shop was also a big plus.

Phenomenal service! Will definitely go to them again!
