I decided to call this shop based on their online reviews, and am glad I did. I was from out of town and they took care of my minor issue the same day. I suspect even a major issue they could have handled the same day or next. Very understanding to visitors to the Mayo Clinic. Matt was very friendly and accommodating.

This is the most trustworthy auto shop we have ever taken our vehicles to. The men running this store are extremely knowledgable and friendly. Not only do they tell you what needs to be done with your vehicle, they also explain how and show you the parts that need replacing. Not to mention they have great pricing and specials throughout the year. I will never bring my car anywhere else. Thanks Joe's Auto!

I always appreciate how I get treated by the personnel at Joe's AutoCare. As a single woman I can always trust that the staff is going to take the time to explain the required maintenance and recommendations for my vehicle in a way I am able to understand! I would recommend this shop to everyone! Respectful, Honest, & Fair Prices! Love these guys!

Your staff has been very helpful in solving problems as well as making recommendations for our vehicles. Jason has been very helpful for a couple minor problems and we appreciate his problem solving abilities. We do recommend you to others.

Matt got me in same day. Greatly appreciated. The diagnostic info was great and the explanations were great too. Also got a ride back to work while they worked on my vehicle. I'll definately be back to Joe's.

Car wouldn't start. Wasn't the battery. Had to replace starter, which required work to get to it with today's small engine compartments. Joe's kept costs reasonable, got car running great.

My new favorite place to get my Betsy up-serviced. That's a word right?? Up-Serviced? That looks better with capitol letters. They were super great working with my tight budget. Giving me the Have to Get Fixed list and the when you get a chance list. Thanks
