Stefan did a great job and explained everything. We even decided to have our regular mechanic do some of the work after the inspection and he was cool with that.

Stephan picked me up from my work, on time, to take me to Joes to get my car. We were driving up 5th St and saw a little dog run in the road and then saw an older gentleman on the ground who fell on the ice, we stopped and Stephan caught the man’s dog that was running loose and took off his coat during a snowstorm to put under the man’s head. He did everything he could to comfort him while we waited for the ambulance, not only do you have a great employee but a kind caring human being working for you.

I couldn’t find the Michelin tires anywhere that my husband wanted me to get, Stephan surprised me by calling me back a few days later after I initially called him and located them for me! My car was ready when they said, all very efficient and polite people. I’ll be back.

This is the only place in Winona to get your car worked on. Took me a while to find, but when I did, won’t go anywhere else.

Despite the barriers with COVID, Joe's got me in as soon as possible for my regular maintenance as well as to address automotive concerns. I especially appreciate Stefan's supportive and thorough attention as he walked me through possible solutions, accompanied by anticipated cost. It increases trust with the work he puts into personalizing customer satisfaction.
