Taking advantage of senior citizens. Horrible service. My father who is 66, brought his vehicle in, filled out the paperwork with what was wrong...any knowledgeable mechanic would have known NOT to drive the vehicle... The U joints needed to be replaced, which holds the driveshaft in place. This is why the vehicle was brought in. The mechanic drove the vehicle, which then the driveshaft fell out. My father saw his vehicle on the side of the road and went to this business asking what was going on. He was then told HE would need to pay for a new driveshaft and for the tow. My father refused to pay the tow and should not have paid for the replacement of the driveshaft. But he was charged in the end for the driveshaft and u joints. A very expensive bill, over $1000.00... Completelty disgusted with this place.

Jessica, we don’t take advantage of anyone regardless of age, race, religion, or gender. Your father,brought in a 28 year old Jeep with 198,000 miles on it and it needed a driveshaft. We pushed it inside the shop every night while we sourced a part for a 28 year old vehicle. We spoke to your father before, during, and after the repair and he was very satisfied with our work and honesty. Our mechanics are certified and the one who worked on this vehicle has decades of professional shop experience. If you would like to discuss further please call us!
