I first went to Joe's in January for an oil change and transmission flush. Fast and efficient and during the inspection my rear brake pads were showing a lot of wear. I asked if I could wait a month and was told yes, and scheduled the brake job for the next month. I was given a great explanation, by Ryan, and an estimate of what they would cost. When I came to the shop, they were ready for me and the job was completed very quickly. I was told that the front brakes could wait a little longer, so I returned two months later and had them replaced. Again, I felt things were explained, the mechanics were thorough and the job was done in the expected amount of time. I like the feel of a small shop and the time they took to explain things . I am very satisfied with Joe's Auto and Tire in Winona.

I walked in with a tire problem, turned out to be a little bit more work than expected. The guys up from were so helpful! He went out of his way to help me. They took me in right away with out knowing anything. I was just here for an oil change as well, super friendly staff! Would recommend coming here!
