Today I stopped over at Joe's Auto and Tire to get a tire repaired. They got my tire in and repaired immediately unlike the 2-3 hour wait I was told by other auto shops in town. I had the chance to meet some of the techs... what a great group of guys. You can tell they truly care about helping all of their customers. A huge shout out to Kyle, the guy up front. Thanks for having me in and out the door in a matter of minutes. Will definitely return to Joe's Auto and Tire soon! Thanks again!

Joe's Auto & Tire in Winona was awesome! They did great work. I called them with some problems on my car and they got me in right away. They did great work at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get auto work done. They are very caring/detailed at what they do and it shows. Great work!

Really great experience! Kyle, the manager, was working with the majority of the customers and he is very friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable. I only came in for an oil change, but when you do so, they also check your car for any other problems. They then create a report that shows everything great, good, okay, and bad with your car. The things that could or need to be fixed are filed in order of importance, have individual estimates of the cost to fix, and include pictures showing why the fixing is recommended. Kyle also did explain each individual thing to me in person. When I was finished up, he gave me a hard copy of the report he made as well as sent a pdf to my email, in case I lost my hard copy. I will definitely be going back to Joe's for future car maintenance because they are one of the only places here in Winona that I trust.

Had a flat on my snowblower halfway through my driveway, stopped into Joe's and they fixed my tire on the spot even though the shop was full. They were fast, courteous and very friendly. I will definitely remember their customer service the next time my truck needs new rubber.
